คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Thai National Only, Male/Female Age: 27-35*Negotiable
- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting is preferred
- English communication skill is a plus
- At least 3 years in hotel account payable supervisor or payroll experience.
- Familiar with Sun System and proficient in computer skill (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and leading a team of mid and junior level accountants
- Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, leadership and strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Creative, Multi-tasking Skill, Flexible and able to work under pressure

รายละเอียดงาน

- Prepare payroll payment for all employees within the company and other related payroll administration task and its assignment.
- Review the salary calculation and prepare the journal entries.
- Prepare salary payment per bank transfer and ensure that the payment per bank transfer amount is correct as indicated in the payroll master
- Take care of all taxes, insurance and related licenses and its renewal matter.
- Prepare the tax forms for payroll taxes and the social insurance, social security reports and to perform the payment procedures by the deadline.
- Review and handling other benefits payment and expenses claim to employee
- Manage and register expense claim information for directors
- Collect all documents concerning tax and insurance.
- Proceed the payment of tax and insurance as per bank transfer.
- Follow up all tax matter in a proper manner and in compliance with related legislation.
- Keep contact with the Revenue Department and maintain good relationship with.
- To prepare and coordinate with outsource contract agent for expats work permit, visa and all related matters.
- Prepare document for work permit and visa and coordinate with the Agency or labor organization and the immigration.
- Flexibility in schedule depending on reporting deadlines and closing.
- Perform other duties that may be required by management from time to time. And must be ready and responsible when assigned to other position as may be required by Manager and Director of HR.
